600 × 200 × 100/125/150/200/230/250/300 (project specific sizes on request).

Density classes:

~400–700 kg/m³ range available by plant.

Benefits

lighter dead load, good thermal insulation, fire resistance, faster installation; compatible adhesives and tools supplied on request.

QC:

dimensional accuracy, density verification, compressive strength, and moisture content tests as per order; thirdparty testing can be arranged.

Types Of Siporex

Siporex is a brand name (often used generically) for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) — a lightweight, precast, cellular concrete material made by mixing cement, lime, sand, water, and a small amount of aluminum powder.

When the mixture is autoclaved (steam-cured under pressure), it forms millions of tiny air cells, giving Siporex its light weight, insulation, and fire resistance.

Siporex Blocks:

Lightweight rectangular blocks (standard masonry size).

Siporex Panels:

Larger precast panels, reinforced with steel mesh.

Siporex Floor Panels (Slabs) :

Reinforced AAC panels designed for floor or roof use.

Siporex Roof Panels :

Similar to floor panels but optimized for roof loads and insulation.

Siporex Lintels:

Precast AAC members placed above doors and windows.

Siporex Cladding Panels

Thin, reinforced panels used for external facades.
